Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 7 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims must be submitted by email to support@lepetitlove.com. Please keep all damaged packaging materials including the box which the shipment arrived in along with all inside contents.
For item returned which meets our return policy criterias, we will refund the full price minus shipping costs. Restocking fee may be charged. Please refer to our return policy for more details. Le Petit Love reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.

Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Le Petit Love reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Le Petit Love will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
